Refund Policy

We do not cover the shipping cost for items to be returned back to us.

You can return any item for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date of goods. The item must be unworn and in original packaging, with all tags intact.

You can also exchange your item within 14 days of receipt, so long as the new item has all original packaging and tags.

Returns will only be accepted where the products are returned in an unworn, good and saleable condition.


If you wish to return swimwear, please do not remove the original packaging/seal for hygiene reasons.

Note; we will not accept return of such items, where the hygiene tag has been removed.


All goods will be inspected on return.


The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure it is packaged properly and cannot get damaged in transit.


In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 14 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these items returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.


We recommend you always obtain proof of postage.

For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer a refund on products for piercings, such as earrings.

In accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are willing to return faulty goods, only if they are returned unopened and no deliberate tampering is detected upon inspection.

Please follow the return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your parcel and mail it back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s debit /credit card.

Returns for refund are processed within 5 working days of receiving the item however, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
